摘要
针对我国北方铁路站段采用燃煤锅炉制取热水亟需新型热源替代的问题,设计利用CO_2空气源热泵作为热源的新型热水系统,从系统设计、运行控制、技术优势及运行效果等方面对CO_2空气源热泵在内蒙古北部某铁路站段热水项目的实际应用情况进行分析。结果表明,CO_2空气源热泵能够高效制取热水,完全满足热水用水需求,与燃气锅炉和电锅炉相比,具有制热效率高、运行成本低、节能效果好的特点。
In view of the urgent need for a new heat source to replace the way that coal-fired boilers are used to produce hot water in railway stations in northern China, a new hot water system using CO2 air source heat pump as heat source is designed.The actual application of CO2 air source heat pump in a railway station in northern Inner Mongolia was analyzed from the aspects of system design, operation control, technical advantages and operation effect. The results show that the CO2 air source heat pump can produce hot water efficiently and fully meet the needs of hot water. Compared with gas-fired and electric boilers, the CO2 air source heat pump has the characteristics of high heating efficiency, low operating cost and great energy-saving effect.
