摘要
本文在传统铝青铜基础上,通过微合金化获得一种性能更加优良的新型铝青铜,并通过OM、SEM、XRD和硬度测试的手段,研究新型铝青铜合金对性能的影响。研究结果表明,固溶处理工艺940℃×2h+时效处理工艺500℃×4h可显著提升合金的硬度,从而满足模具材料的要求。
Based on the traditional aluminium bronze, a novel aluminium bronze with better properties was obtained by microalloying. The influence of new type aluminium bronze alloy on properties was required by OM, SEM, XRD and hardness test. The results show that the hardness of the alloy can be improved remarkably by solution treatment at 940×2h and aging treatment at 500×4h, which meets the requirements of die materials.
