四川尔呷地吉铅锌矿区复杂地层ZK7545~#钻孔施工技术研究

摘要 四川尔呷地吉铅锌矿区岩心找矿项目是湖南省有色地质勘查局重点关注项目,该矿区地层漏失、沙层厚度大,垮塌严重,岩心极其破碎等,致使施工难度很大,井故频发。针对这一施工难题,通过优化施工工艺、选配合适的钻头及注重冲洗液配方,等,在该地层钻探中取得相当好的效果。最终ZK7545#钻孔在2月半内钻进1510米,很好的完成了地质设计任务。 The core prospecting project in Ergadiji Lead-Zinc Mine Area, Sichuan Province, is a key concern of Hunan Nonferrous Geological Survey Bureau. The stratum leakage, large sand thickness, serious collapse and extremely fragmented core in this mining area make the construction very difficult and the well accidents occur frequently. In view of this construction problem, by optimizing construction technology, selecting suitable bit and paying attention to flushing fluid formulation, good results have been achieved in the formation drilling. Finally, the drilling hole ZK7545# drilled 1510 meters in February and a half, and completed the geological design task well.
