摘要
覆盖件冲模焊接修复过程中极易出现白口组织、气孔裂纹、咬边等缺陷,导致覆盖件的方振降噪性能降低,影响汽车整体流线感。本文立足于常见缺陷问题产生的原因,总结了覆盖件冲模焊接修复工艺,认为在焊接修复过程中要根据模具损伤状况进行焊接方式的选择,尽可能选用与母材基本一致的焊接材料,且焊接材料的强度等要接近母材的强度,可以有效的提升焊接修复质量。
The defects of white mouth tissue, stomatal crack and bite edge are easy to appear in the process of welding repair of automobile cover parts, which leads to the decrease of Fang noise reduction performance of the covering parts and the influence of the overall flow line sense of the automobile. Based on the causes of common defect problems, this paper summarizes the repair technology of die welding of automobile cover parts, and concludes that the welding method should be selected according to the damage condition of die in the process of welding repair, and the welding material which is basically consistent with the base material should be selected as far as possible, and the strength of welding material should be close to the strength Can effectively improve the quality of welding repair.
