4万吨高白填料氢氧化铝项目的改造设计

摘要 分析了原有高白填料氢氧化铝制备车间的工艺路线、设备类型,以及由此产生的产品缺陷。通过采用平盘过滤机、超细立磨等设备对原有车间进行了技术改造,并将改造前后产品的质量情况进行了对比。主要介绍了改造技术路线的工艺和主要设备的参数、配置。该技术路线集过滤~烘干~粉碎~混料于一体,可降低产品吸油量、稳定粒度分布,达到提高产品品质、降低生产成本的目的。 The process and equipment of the original high white aluminum hydroxide workshop and the resulting product defects were analyzed. The original workshop was reformed by using flat plate filter, ultra-fine vertical mill and other equipment, and the quality of the products before and after the technological transformation was compared. This paper mainly introduces the process of technological transformation, and the parameters、allocations of the main equipment. The technical reformation integrates filtration, drying, milling and mixing, which can reduce oil absorption, stabilize particle size distribution, improve product quality and reduce production cost.
