摘要
某金矿选矿采用浮选—精矿氰化工艺,生产过程中曾一度出现氰化尾矿金品位居高不下情况,通过研究分析表明其原因主要是氰化前的浮选金精矿脱药不良所致,为此采取了切实可行的脱药措施,使尾矿品位得到相应降低,保证了选矿回收率,对类似矿山选矿生产具有一定的借鉴意义。
The Cyanidation Leaching Technology of Gold Concentrate of Flotation was used in a gold mine, but the gold grade of cyanide tailings remained high at one time in the production process. Through study and analysis, it shows that the main reason is the poor removal of flotation gold concentrate before cyanidation. For this reason, feasible measures for removal have been taken to reduce the grade of tailings accordingly to ensure the recovery rate of ore dressing, which can pro vide certain references to other similar mines.
