摘要
现阶段,国内矿山勘测设备管理和故障预防措施仅仅是依靠维修诊断,而这种方式仍会造成一定的损失,因此实现机电设备自动在线监测与故障诊断越来越重要。通过系统需求分析设计系统结构框架,并通过硬件和软件设计,完成自动在线监测与故障诊断系统的全部设计。通过使用传统机电管理方式与新系统方法处理故障的实验对比,证明新设计的机电设备自动在线监测与故障诊断系统切实有效,可以对矿山机电设备进行监测,做出故障预测,并提高故障处理效率。
At this stage, domestic mine survey equipment management and fault prevention measures only rely on maintenance diagnosis, and this method will still cause certain losses. Therefore, it is more and more important to realize automatic online monitoring and fault diagnosis of electromechanical equipment. The system structure framework is designed through system requirements analysis, and the entire design of the automatic online monitoring and fault diagnosis system is completed through hardware and software design. By comparing the traditional electromechanical management method with the new system method to deal with the fault, it is proved that the newly designed automatic on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis system of electromechanical equipment is effective, can monitor the mechanical and electrical equipment of the mine, make fault prediction, and improve the efficiency of fault processing.
