摘要
利用光学显微镜和电子背散射衍射技术对热轧螺纹钢筋表面氧化铁皮的形貌、厚度和组织结构进行观测,研究不同上冷床温度下钢筋表面氧化铁皮对其抗锈蚀性能的影响。结果表明:随着上冷床温度的提高,螺纹钢筋表面氧化铁皮形貌趋于平整,厚度增加,致密性提高;氧化铁皮的结构主要由Fe_3O_4和FeO组成,上冷床温度不同,其含量和分布不同;随上冷床温度增加,钢筋的抗锈蚀能力增强。
The surface morphology,thickness and microstructure of oxide scale of rebar were observed by optical microscope and electron backscatter diffraction.The effect of surface oxide scale on corrosion resistance of rebar under different cooling bed temperatures were discussed.The results show that with the increase of cooling bed temperature,the surface morphology of oxide scale of rebar tends to be smooth,the thickness of oxide scale increases,the compactness increases.The oxide scale is mainly composed of Fe3O4 and FeO,but the content and distribution are different with diverse cooling bed temperatures.With the increase of the cooling bed temperature,the corrosion resistance of bar is enhanced.
