摘要
分析近年导致高支模支架事故的主要人为过失因素,利用层次分析法构建人为过失影响层次体系,分析人为过失因素对高支模支架的安全影响,运用ANSYS软件建立考虑人为过失影响因素的高支模支架有限元模型,对不同人为过失对高支模支架的安全性影响进行数值模拟。结果表明:立杆顶端超过水平杆长度、立杆间距和立杆步距影响较大,壁厚影响居中,扫地杆影响最小。层次分析法分析与数值模拟的结果对比表明,两者结论基本一致。
The factors of main human errors leading to the accidents of high formwork support in recent years were analyzed,the hierarchical system of human errors influence by using analytic hierarchy process were constructed,the safety influence of human errors on high formwork support were analyzed,the finite element model of high formwork support considering the influence of human errors were established with ANSYS software,and the numerical simulation on the influence of different human errors on the safety of high formwork support were carried out.The results show that:the influence of the length of the super-horizontal bar at the top of the pole,the spacing and the step distance are greater,the wall thickness is in the middle,and the influence of the sweeping pole is the smallest.Compared the result of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)analysis and that of numerical simulation,results show that the two conclusions are basically consistent.
