摘要
分析了6063铝合金人工时效时的组织结构变化,研究了不同时效温度和时效时间对6063铝合金导电管力学性能和电导率的影响。结果表明,通过合理控制挤压和热处理工艺,使产品达到欧洲标准中6063-T66状态且电导率大于30.5MS/m,满足客户的技术要求。
The effects of different aging temperature and aging time on the mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of 6063 aluminum alloy were investigated. The effect of different aging temperatures and aging time on the mechanical properties and conductivity of 6063 aluminum alloy was studied. The results show that the product reaches the European standard 6063-T66 state and the conductivity is greater than 30.5MS / m, through the reasonable control of extrusion and heat treatment process, which can meet customer's technical requirements.
