摘要
以某飞机旅客观察窗窗框锻件热锻成型为研究对象,采用数值模拟仿真的方法研究不同模压工艺参数对锻件成型质量的影响。研究结果表明:坯料温度及模具温度对锻件筋部充填影响不是太大,但是随着坯料温度及模具温度的升高,锻件的成型载荷逐渐下降;模具桥部高度对锻件筋部充填有较大的影响,随着模具桥部高度的增大,锻件筋部充填高度逐渐增大,锻件的成型载荷也逐渐增大;不同压机速度下,锻件筋部充填高度的变化不大,但是随着压机速度的增大,锻件的成型载荷有着明显的增大;摩擦系数对锻件成型筋部充填高度及成型载荷都有着较为明显的影响,且都随着摩擦系数的增大而增大。
The influence of different molding parameters on the forming quality of forging was studied by means of numerical simula tion.The results show that the effect of blank temperature and mold temperature on the filling of forging tendon is not too great. How ever, with the increase of the temperature of the blank and mold, the forming load of the forging is gradually decreased.The height of the mold bridge has a great influence on the filling of the forging part. With the increase of the height of the mold bridge, the filling height of the forging tendon gradually increases, and the forming load of the forging is gradually increasing.At different press speeds, the filling height of the forging varies little, but with the increase of the press speed, the forming load of the forging is obviously in creased. The friction coefficient has a significant effect on the filling height and the forming load of the forging, and all increases with the increase of the friction coefficient.
