摘要
目的探讨项目细化Mini-CEX量表在口腔颌面外科门诊临床教学中的应用效果。方法中山大学光华口腔医学院口腔颌面外科教研室将82名口腔医学实习生按照随机数字表随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组在实习周期内应用项目细化Mini-CEX量表对口腔医学生进行临床能力评估至少2次,评估后即时给予学生反馈,对照组采用传统教学方法,采用卡方检验方式对两组同学出科考试合格率和优秀率进行比较。结果实验组出科考成绩优秀率为26.83%,高于对照组(4.88%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.405,P<0.01)。学生反馈对Mini-CEX量表评价体系的接受度较高,在对病例相关最新研究进展的掌握程度上有明显优势。结论项目细化Mini-CEX量表用于临床技能教学中操作简单且全面,适合在口腔颌面外科门诊临床教学中使用。
Objective To assess effects of project refined Mini-clinical Evaluation Exercise(PRMini-CEX)scale on the clinical training of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.Methods In the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery,Guanghua School of Stomatology,Sun Yat-sen University,eighty-two dental students were divided into two groups by using the random number table,i.e.experimental group and control group.The experimental group received PRMini-CEX assessments at least twice during the clinical training.Feedbacks were given immediately after evaluation.The control group was trained in a traditional way.The passing and excellence rate of an after-training test were compared between the two groups by usingχ2 test.Results The excellence rate of the experimental group(26.83%)was higher than that of the control group(4.88%),which was statistically significant(χ^2=7.405,P<0.01).Students′feedbacks showed that the PRMini-CEX scale evaluation system had a high acceptance by students,and also had substantial advantages in the students′mastering of the latest progress of case-related research.Conclusion PRMini-CEX is simple,comprehensive and applicable in the clinical training of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
