摘要
新时代师德养成的目标定位是争做"四有"好老师。孔子仁学思想内涵分为四个方面:以仁者爱人作为目标愿景、忠恕内省作为处事态度、博学笃行作为外在要求、为仁由己作为内心信念。这四个方面为"四有"好老师形成提供理论和实践指引,由此教师在师德养成中应完善自我修养,关心热爱学生;坚定职业信仰,遵守职业规范;深化博学意识,躬身教学实践;培养道德情操,主动立德践仁。
The goal of cultivating teachers’code of morality in the new era is to strive to be a good teacher with the quality of"Four Have".The connotation of Confucius'benevolent thoughts is divided in.to four aspects:the benevolent love vision as the goal,the loyalty and introspection as the attitude,the er.udition as the external requirement,and the benevolence as the inner belief.These four aspects have pro.vided the"Four Have"good teachers with theoretical and practical guidance in its formation.Therefore,teachers’code of morality cultivation requires their self-improvement,caring for students;holding the pro.fessional belief,abiding by the professional norms;deepening their sense of erudition,practicing teaching in person;cultivating moral sentiments and taking the initiative role to practice morality.
