On the Problems and Countermeasures to Local Fundamental Art Education in the Era of "Internet +" ——Take Fuyang City as an Example

美术教育作为基础教育的重要组成部分,是培养学生欣赏美、创造美的能力,形成健康审美观的重要手段。然而偏远地区的基础美术教育,无论从师资力量方面,还是从教育设施、教学理念方面,都亟待得到普及与深化。互联网为基础美术教育带来了新的契机,利用专业的美术力量,通过现实与网络并行的传播与教学方式,搭建一个以普及美术教育,特别是传统民间美术教育的平台,对弘扬优秀民族文化与推进美育普及意义重大。

As an important part of fundamental education,art education plays an important role to cultivate students'ability of appreciation and creation in beauty and form healthy aesthetic view.However,the fundamental art education in remote areas needs to be popularized and deepened through the improve.ment in terms of teachers,educational facilities and teaching concepts.Internet brings new opportunities for fundamental art education,which is of great significance to promote excellent national culture through the spreading and teaching in paralleling the reality and internet,building a platform to popularize art edu.cation,particularly with the traditional art.
