我国冰雪体育运动后备人才培养模式构建策略研究

在2022年北京冬奥会的大背景下,我国冰雪体育运动的发展迎来了新的机遇,同时也面临着诸多挑战,其中后备人才培养乏力则成为体育项目发展中的关键问题。该文从北京冬奥会背景出发,对当前我国冰雪体育运动后备人才培养模式中存在的问题进行分析,进而探究相应发展对策,以期为我国冰雪体育运动持续健康发展提供借鉴。

In the background of the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, the development of snow and ice sports in China has ushered in new opportunities, but also faces many challenges, among which the weak training of reserve talents has become the key issue in the development of sports. Based on the background of Beijing Winter Olympics, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the training mode of reserve talents for snow and ice sports in China, and then probes into the corresponding development measures, in order to provide reference for the sustainable and healthy development of snow and ice sports in China.
