地方高校师范专业教育实习存在问题及对策研究

该文首先分析了地方高校师范专业教育实习存在的主要问题,指出:教育实习流于形式,实习时间短;学生教育实习的积极性低;实习内容单一、模式陈旧;高校的教育实习缺乏稳定的实习基地;学生教育实习成绩考核不规范等。然后针对问题,指出地方高校应该从转变师范生教育实习的观念、提高师范生的教学能力、建立稳定的教育实习基地等几方面提高教育实习的效果。

First, the main problems on educational practice of normal specialty in local university was analyzed in this paper. That is: Educational practice is in the form and the practice time is short;Student motivation is low;practice content are single and old model;The educational practice in colleges lacks a stable practice base;Performance assessment of educational practice is not normative and so on. Then we point out that the concept of educational practice should be changed , the teaching ability of normal students should be improved, and a stable educational practice base should be established. Other aspects was given to improve the effectiveness of educational practice.
