宁夏城乡居民储蓄率分化现状及原因分析

Analysis on the Differentiation of Saving Ratio of Urban and Rural Residents in Ningxia

近年我国居民储蓄率持续下降,引起社会广泛关注。本文对宁夏地区城乡居民的收入与消费状况分析发现:21世纪以来,宁夏地区城镇居民储蓄率稳步上升,与此同时农村居民储蓄率则出现了大幅下降。从劳动力转移率和城乡居民收入差距两个方面对宁夏地区城乡居民储蓄率分化的原因分析表明:城乡居民储蓄率分化有其背后的合理原因,但也要充分关注未来城乡居民储蓄率的变化趋势。

The saving ratio of Chinese residents has continued to decline in recent years, which has aroused widespread concerns around the society. In order to examine the saving situation of the residents in Ningxia, we have analyzed the income and consumption situation of urban and rural residents in Ningxia and found that the saving ratio of urban residents in Ningxia has been rising steadily since the 21st century, while the saving ratio of rural residents has dropped significantly. Saving is the basis of investment and plays a vital role in the economy. Therefore, we further analyzed the reasons for the divergence of the saving ratio between urban and rural residents in Ningxia from two aspects: the labor transferring ratio and the income gap between urban and rural residents. The results show that there are reasonable reasons behind the divergence of urban and rural saving ratio, but we should pay full attention to the trend of urban and rural saving ratio in the future.
