中医药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的研究进展

Research progress of Chinese medicine in treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是呼吸科的常见病。慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)是COPD患者病情进一步发展的表现,会引发多种并发症,同时也是导致COPD患者死亡的主要原因之一。COPD的发病机制复杂,目前西医主要通过糖皮质激素、支气管舒张剂以及β_2受体激动剂等药物治疗改善临床症状,但不能控制疾病反复发作。近年来,随着祖国医学在AECOPD治疗方面实践的不断积累,AECOPD的中医药治疗也取得了良好的临床疗效。本研究对近年有关AECOPD的中医药治疗的相关文献从AECOPD的病因病机、证候分类以及辨证施治方面等方面进行归纳分析,以期为AECOPD期的临床治疗和科研提供理论依据。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common disease in respiratory department.Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)is a manifestation of the further development of the disease for COPD patients,which can cause a variety of complications,and is also one of the main causes of death of COPD patients.The pathogenesis of COPD is complex.At present,western medicine mainly relies on glucocorticoids,bronchodilators and β2 receptor agonists to improve clinical symptoms,but it cannot control the recurrence of the disease.In recent years,with the continuous accumulation of the practice of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of AECOPD,the treatment of COPD with traditional Chinese medicine has also achieved good clinical efficacy.This study summarized and analyzed the related literatures on the treatment of AECOPD in recent years from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome classification and syndrome differentiation,in order to provide theoretical basis for the clinical treatment and scientific research of AECOPD.
