摘要
目的探讨依降钙素治疗骨质疏松的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年7月我院收治的60例骨质疏松患者作为研究对象,根据计算机随机原则将其分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者给予依降钙素治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后疼痛评分、骨密度及相关实验室指标(血钙、血磷)。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为100.00%,显著高于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后的疼痛评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的骨密度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后的T值、Z值均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的T值、Z值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的血钙、血磷水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组患者治疗前后的血钙、血磷水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后的血钙、血磷水平均高于治疗前与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依降钙素治疗骨质疏松的效果显著,临床值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Calcitonin in the treatment of osteoporosis.Methods Sixty patients with osteoporosis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to July 2018 were selected as subjects.They were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to computer randomization principle.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,and patients in the observation group were treated with Calcitonin.The therapeutic effect,pain scores,bone density and related laboratory indicators(blood calcium,blood phosphorus)before and after treatment were observed between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(26.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in pain scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The pain scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in bone density between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The T and Z values of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The T and Z values of the patients in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in levels of blood calcium and blood phosphorus between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of blood calcium and blood phosphorus in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of blood calcium and blood phosphorus after treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Calcitonin is significant in the treatment of osteoporosis,which is worthy of popularization and application.
