综合护理干预在急性重度有机磷中毒患者抢救中的应用效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨大剂量阿托品抢救急性重度有机磷中毒的护理方法。方法选择我院2016年1月~2018年8月收治的78例急性重度有机磷中毒患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各39例。两组均采用阿托品治疗,其中观察组给予综合护理干预,对照组给予常规护理,对两组的护理效果进行比较。结果观察组的洗胃液使用量显著少于对照组,平均洗胃时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性重度有机磷中毒患者的抢救,在使用大剂量阿托品的同时,采用综合护理干预的方式能有效强化治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the nursing methods of high-dose Atropine in the treatment of acute severe organophosphorus poisoning.Methods A total of 78 patients with acute severe organophosphorus poisoning who admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to August 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,39 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were treated with Atropine,in which patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention,and patients in the control group were given routine care,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The amount of gastric lavage fluid in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,the average gastric lavage time was significantly shorter than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the rescue of patients with acute severe organophosphorus poisoning,the use of high-dose Atropine,combined with comprehensive nursing intervention,can effectively enhance the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of further popularization and application.
