临床护理路径在动静脉内瘘栓塞溶栓治疗患者中的应用效果

Application of clinical nursing pathway in embolization and thrombolysis of arteriovenous fistula

目的探讨动静脉内瘘栓塞溶栓治疗过程中应用临床护理路径的价值。方法选取2015年3月～2017年5月在我院接受动静脉内瘘栓塞溶栓治疗的63例患者,将其按照随机数字法分为对照组(31例)和观察组(32例)。对照组进行常规护理干预,观察组进行临床护理路径干预,比较两组的相关临床数据。结果观察组的入院至溶栓开始时间、溶通时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的溶栓成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在动静脉内瘘栓塞溶栓治疗过程中应用临床护理路径,可有效缩短患者的入院至溶栓开始时间、溶通时间及住院时间,减少并发症发生,提高溶栓成功率,提升护理的满意度,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To explore application of clinical nursing pathway in embolization and thrombolysis of arteriovenous fistula.Methods Sixty-three patients who underwent arteriovenous fistula thrombolysis in our hospital from March 2015 to May 2017 were selected and divided into the contro group(31 cases)and the observation group(32 cases).The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway intervention.The clinical data were compared between the two groups.Results The onset time from admission to thrombolysis,dissolution time and hospitalization time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of thrombolysis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of embolization of arteriovenous fistula by thrombolysis can effectively shorten the patient′s onset time from admission to thrombolysis,dissolution time and hospitalization time,reduce complications,improve the success rate of thrombolysis,and improve the care satisfaction,thus is worth promoting and applying.
