摘要
对于MT车型,为了实现EP自动驶离功能,需要得到离合踏板结合状态。即在发动机运行、挡位处于前进挡或倒挡、驾驶员踩下加速踏板后,EPB控制器还需要确认离合器已经开始结合才能进入自动释放逻辑。从而在合适的时机释放EPB的驻车制动力,帮助驾驶员完成车辆在坡道上的起步,达到起步平顺且无溜车的要求。而增加离合行程传感器,对国内MT车辆增加的成本是比较大的。基于发动机扭矩输出、发动机扭矩损失、发动机转速三者和离合踏板是否结合的关系,提出了一种离合结合识别方法,并应用于无离合行程传感器时的EPB自动驶离功能实现策略上,进行了实车测试和验证。
For manual car,in order to realize the function of EPB automatic drive away,it is necessary to get the state of clutch pedal.When the engine is running,the gear is in drive or backward position,and the driver steps down the accelerator pedal,the EPB controller also needs to confirm that the clutch is in the join state in order to trigger the automatic release logic,so that to release the EPB s engine power at the right time,and to help the driver start the car on the ascent road smoothly,and avoid back running.But increase the clutch distance sensor for domestic MT vehicles will increase the cost largely.Therefore,based on the relationship between engine torque output,engine torque loss,engine speed and clutch pedal,an identification method of clutch status was proposed,and it was applied to the implementation strategy of EPB automatic drive away function with no clutch distance sensor.The vehicle test and verification was carried out.
