某SUV车型发动机悬置异响诊断分析

Abnormal Noise Diagnosis Analysis of a SUV Engine Mount

针对某SUV车型行驶在某颠簸路面时出现异响问题进行了异响诊断分析,采集异响路面的路谱应用于四立柱台架,重现异响故障。对比故障车及非故障车内噪声数据,找出异响的故障频率特征。分析异响频率特征与各子系统振动数据,锁定异响源为发动机右悬置。最终分析异响产生原因,并得出结论。

Aiming at the abnormal noise problem of a SUV when driving on a bumpy road,the diagnosis analysis was undertaken.The road spectrum of the bumpy road was gathered and applied to the four pillar bench to reappear the abnormal noise.The noise data of the trouble vehicle was compared to the data of normal vehicle to find out frequency characteristics of the abnormal noise.The abnormal noise frequency characteristics and vibration data of each subsystem were analyzed,then the right engine mount turned out to be the abnormal noise source.Finally,the reason of the abnormal noise was analyzed and the conclusions were made.
