阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗冠心病的临床效果及对患者肝肾功能的影响

Clinical Efficacy of Aspirin Combined with Clopidogrel in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Its Effect on Liver and Kidney Function

目的:探究阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗冠心病的临床效果及对患者肝肾功能的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年1月-2018年1月收治的冠心病患者50例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各25例。对照组采用单纯阿司匹林治疗,研究组联用氯吡格雷,比较两组患者血脂变化、肝肾功变化及不良反应情况。结果:经过不同的治疗后,研究组患者血脂中的各项指标均略优于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者不良反应发生率为12.00%,稍高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者AST、ALT、Scr与治疗前比较均显著升高,且均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗冠心病能达到更好的效果,但不良反应发生率会有所上升,同时对肝肾功能的负担会增加,在临床使用中需要严格监测患者各项指标变化情况。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Aspirin and Clopidogrel in the treatment of coronary heart disease and its effect on liver and kidney function.Method:A total of 50 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group(each group with 25 cases).The control group was treated with Aspirin alone,and the study group was treated with Aspirin and Clopidogrel.The changes of blood lipid,liver and kidney function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After different treatments, the indexes of blood lipid in the study group were slightly better than that of the control group,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 12.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,AST,ALT and Scr were significantly increased in the study group compared with those before treatment.And the AST,ALT and Scr of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aspirin combined with Clopidogrel can achieve better curative effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease,but the incidence of adverse reactions will increase,and the burden on liver and kidney function will increase.It is necessary to strictly monitor the changes of patients.
