小儿清热利肺口服液联合阿奇霉素对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效评价

Evaluation of the Efficacy of Xiaoer Qingre Lifei Oral Liquid Combined with Azithromycin in Children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia

目的:评价小儿清热利肺口服液联合阿奇霉素对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院于2016年6月-2017年8月收治的120例小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿临床资料,以治疗方案作为分组依据,将120例患儿分为对照组与治疗组,每组均60例。对照组用阿奇霉素治疗,治疗组用小儿清热利肺口服液联合阿奇霉素治疗。对比两组治疗总有效率、症状改善时间、临床症状评分、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率较对照组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组症状改善时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组临床症状评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均出现腹部不适、食欲减退等不良反应,经正确处理后均可有效缓解,组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿清热利肺口服液联合阿奇霉素应用于小儿肺炎支原体肺炎治疗中,既可改善临床症状,又可提高治疗总有效率,且在治疗中出现的不良反应经正确处理后均可有效缓解,用药安全性较高,值得临床推广采用。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Xiaoer Qingre Lifei Oral Liquid combined with Azithromycin in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Method:The clinical data of 120 children with pediatric pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to August 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.The treatment plan was divided into the control group and the treatment group.There were 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Azithromycin,and the treatment group was treated with Xiaoer Qingre Lifei Oral Liquid combined with Azithromycin.The total effective rate,time to symptom improvement,clinical symptom score,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The time to symptom improvement was shorter in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical symptom score was lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Adverse reactions such as abdominal discomfort and loss of appetite were observed in both groups,and all of them were effectively relieved after correct treatment.The comparison between groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoer Qingre Lifei Oral Liquid combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia can not only improve the clinical symptoms,but also improve the total effective rate of treatment,and the adverse reactions in the treatment can be effectively relieved after correct treatment.The safety of medication is high and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
