穴位贴敷结合循经按摩对手外伤术后疼痛的效果

Effect Evaluation of Acupoint Application Combined with Meridian Massage on Postoperative Pain of Hand Trauma

目的:探讨穴位贴敷结合循经按摩对手外伤术后疼痛的效果。方法:本文观察对象选自笔者所在医院2017年1月-2018年10月收治的80例手外伤术后疼痛患者。按照随机原则将80例患者分为试验组和对照组,各40例,对照组采用手外基础护理方法,试验组给予穴位贴敷结合循经按摩护理方法,根据视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)对两组术后患者护理前后疼痛情况进行对比分析,观察比较两组患者的护理满意度。结果:护理后两组患者VAS评分明显低于护理前,试验组患者护理后疼痛评分明显低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组和对照组患者护理满意度分别为97.50%和75.00%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷结合循经按摩对手外伤术后疼痛的效果显著,有助于降低患者术后疼痛评分,提高患者满意度,改善患者的生活质量,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of acupoint application combined with meridian massage on the pain after hand trauma.Method:The subjects in this study were selected from 80 patients with post-traumatic pain who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018.According to the random principle,80 patients were divided into the experimental group and the sputum group,40 cases in each group.The control group used the external nursing method.The experimental group was given acupoint sticking combined with the meridian massage therapy method.According to visual analog pain score(VAS),the pain of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared and analyzed,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Result:After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment.The postoperative pain scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group and the control group patient care satisfaction was 97.50% and 75.00%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of acupoint sticking combined with meridian massage on post-traumatic pain is significant,which helps to reduce postoperative pain score,improve patient satisfaction and improve patients’ quality of life.It is worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
