腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻护理中综合护理干预的应用分析

Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Nursing Care of Patients with Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction after Abdominal Operation

目的:分析腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻护理中综合护理干预的应用。方法:以2016年1月-2018年1月于笔者所在医院行腹部手术后并发粘连性肠梗阻的100例患者为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组50例,其中对照组患者进行常规护理干预,观察组患者进行综合护理干预,分析两组患者护理后效果。结果:观察组患者梗阻缓解时间(2.45±0.16)d,住院时间(7.89±3.24)d,均明显短于对照组患者,观察组患者并发症发生率(6%)低于对照组患者(32%),观察组患者护理满意度(98%)高于对照组患者(76%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻患者实施综合护理措施可以有效缓解患者梗阻症状,使患者尽快恢复,缩短住院时间,并有利于减少其他并发症的发生,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal operation.Method:A total of 100 patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were studied.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,while the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention,and the nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed.Result:The remission time and hospitalization time of obstruction in the observation group were(2.45±0.16)days and(7.89±3.24)days respectively,which were significantly shorter than those in the control group.The complication rate in the observation group was 6%,lower than 32% in the control group.The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group reached 98%,higher than 76% in the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups in the above indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing measures for patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery can effectively alleviate the symptoms of obstruction,make patients recover as soon as possible,shorten hospitalization time,and help to reduce the occurrence of other complications and improve patients’ nursing satisfaction.
