优质护理服务对子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜手术患者疾病认知及生活质量的影响

Effect of Quality Nursing Service on Disease Cognition and Quality of Life of Patients Undergoing Hysteroscopic Surgery for Endometrial Polyps

目的:研究探讨在子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜手术中应用优质护理服务对患者疾病认知及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年3月在笔者所在医院接受子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜手术的患者80例,将患者随机分为两组,每组40例患者,其中一组患者给予常规护理设为对照组,另一组患者给予优质护理服务设为优质组,分析对比两组患者的疾病认知及生活质量情况。结果:经过不同护理后,优质组疾病认知总体掌握度为95.0%,对照组疾病认知总体掌握度为82.5%,优质组患者的疾病认知总体掌握度都明显高于对照组(P<0.05);且优质组患者各项生活质量指标评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜手术中应用优质护理服务,可提高患者的疾病认知程度,改善患者的生活质量,有着较好的护理效果,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of high quality nursing service on patients’ disease cognition and quality of life in hysteroscopic surgery for endometrial polyps.Method:From January 2017 to March 2018,80 patients who underwent hysteroscopic surgery for endometrial polyps in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients in each group.One group was given routine nursing as the control group,the other group was given high quality nursing service as the high quality group.Cognition and quality of life in two groups were compared.Result:After different nursing,the overall mastery of disease cognition in the high quality group was 95.0%,and that in the control group was 82.5%.The overall mastery of disease cognition in the high quality group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of quality of life in the high quality group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high quality nursing service in hysteroscopic surgery for endometrial polyps can improve patients’ disease awareness and quality of life.It has a good nursing effect and is worthy of clinical application.
