Effects of Family-social Support on Adverse Emotions and Quality of Life in Patients with Enterostomy

目的:探究家庭-社会支持对肠造口患者不良情绪、生活质量的影响。方法:将笔者所在医院收治的96例结肠造口患者随机分为常规组与研究组各48例,对照组为常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上为家庭-社会支持模式的护理,分析两组患者不良情绪、生活质量及护理满意度情况差异。结果:出院3个月后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且研究组降低幅度更大(P<0.05);出院3个月后,两组肠造口患者生活质量量表(C-COH)各维度评分及总分均显著升高(P<0.05),且研究组升高幅度更大(P<0.05);出院3个月后,研究组护理满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:为肠造口患者提供具有良好家庭-社会支持的护理能够调节患者心理状态,缓解其不良情绪,提高其生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effects of family-social support on adverse emotions and quality of life in patients with enterostomy.Method:A total of 96 patients with colostomy admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into routine group and intervention group(each n=48).The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given family-social support model nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The adverse emotions,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were analyzed in the two groups.Result:After 3 months of discharge,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the reduction was greater in study group(P<0.05).After 3 months of discharge,the dimensions scores and total score of quality of life(C-COH) in the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the increases were larger in the study group(P<0.05).After 3 months of discharge,the nursing satisfaction score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Good family-social support provided for patients with enterostomy can regulate the psychological states,alleviate the negative emotions and improve the quality of life.
