结肠镜检查指导视频对住院患者肠道准备的效果评价

Estimating the Effect of Colonoscopy Guiding Video on Inpatients' Bowel Preparation

目的:探讨结肠镜检查指导视频对中老年结肠镜检查患者肠道准备效果的影响。方法:将102例住院结肠镜检查患者随机分为观察组和对照组各51例。对照组采取常规口头及书面教育的方式指导患者,观察组采用观看结肠镜检查指导视频的方法。比较两组患者肠道准备质量、患者主观感受和患者的满意度。结果:观察组肠道准备总BBPS评分及各肠段BBPS评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的结肠镜检查满意度评分也优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组不良反应和睡眠质量差异无统计学意义(x^2=1.588、1.510,P>0.05)。结论:将肠道准备指导视频应用于中老年结肠镜检查患者肠道准备的宣教,有利于患者对相关知识的理解,从而改善肠道准备质量和提升检查满意度。

Objective:To evaluate the influence of the colonoscopy guiding video on bowel preparation in middle-aged inpatients undergoing colonoscopy.Method:A total of 102 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group received routine oral and written education for colonoscopy bowel preparation,while the observation group received a guiding video especially designed for colonoscopy.Bowel preparation quality,subjective feelings and satisfaction were evaluated between the two groups.Result:The total BBPS score and the BBPS score of each colon segment in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of colonoscopy in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05) as well.There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in adverse reaction and sleep quality( x^2=1.588,1.510,P>0.05).Conclusion:The colonoscopy guiding video benefit understanding of the knowledge of bowel preparation,thereby will improve the cleaning quality of bowel and colonoscopy satisfaction.
