摘要
目的:探讨急诊开放手术与支架植入联合择期腹腔镜手术对急性梗阻性结直肠癌患者应激细胞因子ET、IL-6及CRP的影响。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年1月笔者所在医院收治的急性梗阻性结直肠癌患者120例,将其按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=60)和研究组(n=60),对照组行急诊开放手术治疗,研究组行支架植入联合择期腹腔镜手术治疗,比较两组治疗前后血清SOD、MDA水平和CAT、GSH、ET水平,以及治疗前后炎性因子、治疗前后免疫功能。结果:治疗后,研究组血清SOD、MDA水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组炎性因子低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组血清CAT、GSH、ET水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组免疫功能优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对急性梗阻性结直肠癌患者,使用内支架置入联合腹腔镜手术进行治疗,治疗效果理想,因此,临床上应进一步推广和应用。
Objective:To investigate the effects of emergency open surgery and stent implantation combined with selective laparoscopic surgery on stress cytokines ET,IL-6 and CRP in patients with acute obstructive colorectal cancer.Method:A total of 120 patients with acute obstructive colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group(n=60) and study group(n=60) according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with emergency open surgery,and the study group was treated with stent implantation combined with selective laparoscopic surgery.The serum SOD,MDA,CAT,GSH,ET,inflammatory factors and immune function were compared before and after treatment.Result:After treatment, the levels of serum SOD and MDA in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of serum CAT,GSH and ET in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the immune function in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with acute obstructive colorectal cancer,stent implantation combined with laparoscopic surgery has an ideal therapeutic effect.Therefore,it should be further promoted and applied in clinic.
