谷红注射液联合奥扎格雷钠对急性脑梗死NIHSS评分、血液流变学的影响

Effect of Guhong Injection Combined with Ozagrel Sodium on NIHSS Score and Hemorheology of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:观察谷红注射液联合奥扎格雷钠对急性脑梗死NIHSS评分、血液流变学的影响。方法:选取2017年4月-2018年1月笔者所在医院诊治的76例急性脑梗死患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各38例。对照采用奥扎格雷钠治疗,研究组采用谷红注射液联合奥扎格雷钠治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后NIHSS评分与血液流变学指标(全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血小板聚集率、血细胞比容)。结果:研究组的总有效率(94.73%)明显高于对照组(76.31%),差异有统计学意义(字2=5.208,P=0.022);治疗前,两组NIHSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均降低,且研究组NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗后,研究组血液流变学指标明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:谷红注射液联合奥扎格雷钠治疗效果显著,可有效增加急性脑梗死患者脑组织血供,改善神经缺损情况,缓解血凝状态,促进患者恢复,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective:To observe the effect of Guhong Injection combined with Ozagrel Sodium on NIHSS score and hemorheology of acute cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 76 patients with acute cerebral infarction received treatment from April 2017 to January 2018 were divided into control group(n=38) and study group(n=38).The control group was treated with Ozagrel Sodium,and the study group treated with Glutamine Injection combined with Ozagrel Sodium. The clinical efficacy,NIHSS score and hemorheological indexes(whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,platelet aggregation rate, hematocrit) were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group(94.73%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.31%),the difference was statistically significant(字2=5.208,P=0.022).There was no difference in the NIHSS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the two groups decreased,while the NIHSS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The hemorheological indexes in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guhong Injection combined with Ozagrel Sodium is effective in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction.It can effectively increase the blood supply of brain tissue and improve the blood supply of brain tissue in patients with acute cerebral infarction,improve nerve defect,relieve the state of hemagglutination and promote the recovery of patients.It is worthy of extensive clinical application.
