妊娠期高血压应用硝苯地平与酚妥拉明及硫酸镁联合治疗的临床效果分析

Clinical Efficacy of Combination Therapy of Nifedipine,Phenolamine and Magnesium Sulfate in Pregnancy Hypertension

目的:分析妊娠期高血压患者应用硝苯地平、酚妥拉明、硫酸镁联合治疗的临床效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2017年9月-2018年9月接收的妊娠高血压患者110例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各55例,对照组采取硫酸镁注射液单纯用药,试验组采取硝苯地平、酚妥拉明、硫酸镁联合用药,对比两组治疗前后血压水平,顺产率、早产发生率,以及分娩不良结局。结果:试验组血压水平、顺产率优于对照组,分娩不良结局发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对妊娠高血压患者采取硝苯地平、酚妥拉明及硫酸镁联合治疗,其疗效要优于单一用药,减少分娩不良结局,利于血压控制,值得临床应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of combination therapy of Nifedipine,Phenolamine and Magnesium Sulfate in patients with gestational hypertension.Method:From September 2017 to September 2018,a total of 110 patients with gestational hypertension received in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,55 cases in each group.The control group took Magnesium Sulfate Injection pure medication,the experimental group used Nifedipine,Phentolamine,Magnesium Sulfate combination.Compared the two groups before and after treatment the blood pressure level, delivery methods and poor birth outcomes.Result:Compared with the control group,the blood pressure level,birth rate in experimental group were better,and birth defect rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination therapy of Nifedipine,Phenolamine and Magnesium Sulfate is more effective than single drug in treating patients with gestational hypertension,which can reduce adverse outcomes of childbirth,facilitate blood pressure control and is worthy of clinical application.
