微型钢板螺钉治疗手部骨折的临床效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨微型钢板螺钉治疗在手部骨折中的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2014年8月-2017年9月收治的手掌、手指骨折患者86例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各43例,观察组患者组利用微型钢板内固定治疗,对照组患者采用交叉克氏针治疗方法。术后随访1年,分析、比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗后12周内的痊愈率为83.7%,明显高于对照组的39.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者全部能进行屈90°运动和伸180°运动,对照组有62.91%的患者能够进行屈90°的运动,60.47%患者能够进行伸180°运动,两组患者屈伸功能正常率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1年时观察组未发现手部畸形愈合情况,对照组发生6例。结论:采用微型钢板螺钉治疗手部骨折可以达到良好的治疗效果,能有效促进手部功能恢复,值得临床推广。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of mini-plate and screw in the treatment of hand fracture.Method:A total of 86 cases of palm and finger fracture patients admitted to our hospital from August 2014 to September 2017 were selected,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with mini-plate internal fixation, while patients in the control group were treated with cross Kirschner wire.The patients were followed up for 1 year,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Result:The recovery rate in the observation group was 83.7% within 12 weeks after treatment,significantly higher than that in the control group(39.5%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Patients in observation group were all able to make normal movements,but only 62.91% patients can make 90° flexion movement and 60.47% patients can reach 180° movement in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 year after surgery,no malunion was found in the observation group,and 6 cases were found in the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of hand fracture with mini-plate and screw can achieve good therapeutic effect and effectively promote the recovery of hand function.
