社区护理干预协同中药外敷对乳腺增生病患者的临床疗效研究

Clinical Effect Research of Community Nursing Intervention and External Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Patients with Breast Hyperplasia

目的:观察研究社区护理干预联合中药外敷对乳腺增生病患者的临床疗效。方法:随机抽取门诊就诊患者中2016年4月-2017年10月150例(排除4例)乳腺增生病患者。随机分为观察组与对照组,每组73例。观察组采用系统社区护理干预协同中药外敷;对照组进行常规护理干预协同中药外敷。通过比较两组乳房肿块的大小、疼痛的程度,SAS和SDS评分变化幅度,性激素水平,临床疗效及超声分级等改变,分析相关数据并评价疗效。结果:比较两组治疗前后指标,两组患者乳房肿块大小、疼痛的程度、SDS和SAS评分变化幅度、性激素水平、超声分级等均有不同程度的改善(P<0.01)。观察组上述指标的改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的临床疗效总有效率为95.89%,对照组的总有效率为87.67%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区护理干预协同中药外敷可有效减轻患者疼痛,缩小乳房肿块,调节性激素水平以改善机体内分泌状态,改善乳房彩超分级水平,且可帮助患者保持乐观的心态,可在乳腺增生病患者的临床治疗和康复过程中进一步推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of community nursing intervention combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine on patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland.Method:A total of 150 patients(excluding 4 cases) with hyperplasia of mammary glands from April 2016 to October 2017 were randomly selected from outpatient clinics.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 73 cases in each group. The observation group used systematic community nursing intervention combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine,the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention and external application of traditional Chinese medicine.By comparing the size of breast mass,the degree of breast pain, the changes in SAS and SDS score,sex hormone levels,clinical efficacy and ultrasonic grade,the relevant data were analyzed and the corresponding clinical efficacy was evaluated.Result:Compared the relative indexes before and after treatment,the breast mass size,the degree of breast pain,the change range of SDS and SAS scores,sex hormone level,clinical efficacy and the ultrasonic grade were improved in the two groups.The improvement of above indexes in the observation group was better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95.89% in the observation group,which was higher than 87.67% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community nursing intervention combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively reduce pain,reduce breast mass,adjust sex hormone levels to improve the body’s endocrine status,and improve the level of breast color Doppler ultrasound grading.It can help patients to maintain a good optimistic attitude,and can be further promoted in the clinical treatment and rehabilitation of patients with breast hyperplasia.
