食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的护理进展

Nursing Progress of Esophageal and Gastric Varices Bleeding

为研究食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血护理的有关问题,本文在归纳各学者的研究成果的同时,将其与笔者的临床经验结合,对疾病的护理进展进行了总结。首先分析食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的诱因,强调了护理干预的重要性。重点从内镜治疗、保守治疗、护理模式、基础护理等方面,具体阐述了疾病的护理方法,证实了各项护理措施的应用价值。

In order to study the nursing of esophagogastric varices bleeding,this paper summarizes the research results of various scholars,combines with the author’s own clinical experience,summarizes the nursing progress of the disease.First of all,the causes of bleeding of esophageal and gastric varices are analyzed,and the importance of nursing intervention is emphasized.The nursing methods of the disease are expounded in detail from endoscopic treatment, conservative treatment,nursing mode and basic nursing,and the application value of various nursing measures is confirmed.
