临床医学专业学位硕士生统考复试改革探索

Reform on Second Round Exam of Entrance Exam for Clinical Medicine Master Degree

2014年起,国家全面实施"医教协同"发展战略,全力推进临床医学专业学位硕士研究生教育与住院医师规范化培训逐步有机融合,X医学院从硕士研究生招生考试复试环节着手,以创新优化临床医学专业学位硕士研究生复试环节考查方式内容以及综合考核评价体系作为切入点,在进行访谈调查、问卷调查等基础上推进一系列改革措施,通过两轮硕士研究生招生考试工作的积极探索,各个二级招生单位因地制宜在复试环节中加大对考生临床基础素养、临床思维能力和临床操作技能的考核,临床医学专业学位复试环节综合考核评价体系核心指标权重得到调整优化,最后对改革效果进行评价并提出今后工作改进方向。

Since 2014,our country has launched the strategy called“medicine and education in harmony”,which aims to enhance the fusion of clinical medicine master degree education and resident standardization training,X medical college has concentrated on the second round exam of entrance exam for master degree,through innovation and optimization of testing form,content,etc.and assessment system of the second round exam of entrance exam for clinical medicine master degree,a series of reforms have been carried out by way of interview survey and questionnaire survey,after two rounds of reform exploration,each affiliated institution has emphasized testing the candidates’basic clinical knowledge,clinical thoughts and clinical operation ability accordingly in the second round exam,and the assessment system for the second round exam has been amended and optimized,finally assessment of the reform outcomes and some advice for the future are took up.
