乳腺超声结合钼靶摄影在乳腺疾病诊断中的检出率

Accuracy of Breast Ultrasound Combined With Mammography in the Diagnosis of Breast Diseases

目的探究与分析乳腺超声、钼靶摄影以及二者结合在乳腺疾病诊断中的检出率。方法选取我院自2016年4月—2018年4月收治的88例乳腺疾病患者,该组患者均分别给予乳腺超声、钼靶摄影以及二者联合检查,对比三种不同检查方法下乳腺疾病的检出率。结果乳腺超声、钼靶摄影以及二者联合检出良性病变率分别为64.29%、60.71%、89.29%,检出恶性病变率分别为46.88%、53.13%、87.50%,乳腺超声、钼靶摄影以及二者联合检查相比于单独应用乳腺超声、钼靶摄影检查具有更高的检出率,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论乳腺超声联合钼靶摄影联合检查乳腺疾病具有更高的检出率,应用价值突出。

Objective To explore and analyze the accuracy of breast ultrasound,mammography and their combination in the diagnosis of breast diseases.Methods 88 patients with breast disease admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were enrolled.The patients were given breast ultrasound,mammography,and combined examination.The detection rates of breast diseases under three different methods were compared.Results The benign lesion rate was 64.29%,60.71%and 89.29%,and the malignant lesion rate was 46.88%,53.13%and 87.50%,respectively.Breast ultrasound,mammography and combined examination showed higher detection rates than mammography and mammography,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Breast ultrasound combined with mammography has a higher diagnostic accuracy and outstanding application value.
