小儿急腹症X线影像特征及临床诊断研究

The Research of Children's Acute Abdominal Disease With X-ray Imaging Features and Clinical Diagnosis

目的探讨分析小儿急腹症X线的影像特征,并评价其诊断价值。方法收集自2014年1月—2018年1月于我院治疗的80例急腹症患儿行腹部进行投影的X线检查,总结其X线影像学特征与临床症状。结果 80例急腹症患儿中,X线诊断正确71例,诊断符合率为88.8%,其中急性阑尾炎21例,肠、肛门闭锁13例,急性肠梗阻10例,急性肠套叠11例,原发性腹膜炎6例,胃穿孔6例,膈疝4例,诊断符合率分别为87.5%、81.3%、100.0%、100.0%、75.0%、85.7%、100.0%。结论 X线作为小儿急腹症的主要检查方法,能够为疾病诊断的准确性提供较为可靠的临床依据,掌握了解小儿急腹症的X线影像学特征,并结合临床症状,对于准确诊断具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To analyze the X-ray features of acute abdomen in children and to evaluate its diagnostic value.Methods The X-ray findings of 80 children with acute abdomen treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2018 were collected,and the X-ray imaging characteristics and clinical symptoms were summarized.Results Among 80 children with acute abdomen,71 cases were diagnosed correctly by X-ray,and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 88.8%.Among them,21 cases were acute appendicitis,13 cases were intestinal and anal atresia,10 cases were acute intestinal obstruction,11 cases were acute intussusception,6 cases were primary peritonitis,6 cases were gastric perforation and 4 cases were diaphragmatic hernia.The diagnostic coincidence rate was 87.5%,81.3%,100.0%,100.0%,75.0%,85.7%,100.0%,respectively.Conclusion As the main examination method of acute abdomen in children,X-ray has important diagnostic value.It can provide more reliable clinical basis for the accuracy of disease diagnosis.It has important clinical significance for accurate diagnosis to master the X-ray imaging characteristics of acute abdomen in children and combine with clinical symptoms.
