阿托伐他汀钙片治疗糖尿病性心脏病并心功能不全的效果分析

Effect of Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets on Diabetic Heart Disease With Cardiac Insufficiency

目的分析糖尿病性心脏病并心功能不全患者应用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗的效果。方法选取我院在2016年5月—2018年5月收治120例糖尿病性心脏病并心功能不全患者作为研究对象,采用硬币法随机分为研究组与对照组,两组人数均为60例。分别给予两组不同的治疗方式,对照组采用皮下注射胰岛素等治疗方式,研究组在此基础上口服阿托伐他汀钙片。治疗14 d后比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组患者总胆固醇、甘油三酯等检测结果均好于对照组,研究组治疗的总有效率也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将阿托伐他汀钙片应用于糖尿病性心脏病并心功能不全患者治疗中可以显著改善患者的心功能,提高治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of atorvastatin calcium tablets in patients with diabetic heart disease and cardiac insufficiency.Methods A total of 120 patients with diabetic heart disease and cardiac insufficiency were enrolled in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018.They were randomly divided into study group and control group by coin method.The number of the two groups was 60.Two different treatment methods were given respectively.The control group was treated with subcutaneous injection of insulin.The study group received oral atorvastatin calcium tablets.After 14 days of treatment,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The results of total cholesterol and triglyceride in the study group were better than those in the control group.The total effective rate in the study group was also higher than that in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of patients with diabetic heart disease and cardiac insufficiency can significantly improve the heart function of patients and improve the therapeutic effect.
