思维导图提高胆囊结石患者健康宣教率的探索 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨思维导图模式提高胆囊结石患者同质化的健康宣教率的有效途径和应用效果。方法选取我院在2017年1月—2018年11月门诊预约手术治疗的胆囊结石患者中的1 800例为对象,对患者实施思维导图模式的健康宣教护理管理设为观察组,以2016年1—12月预约入院的胆囊结石患者1 750例实施常规宣教设为对照组,比较宣教前后患者护理满意度和疾病知识掌握率等情况。结果观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P <0.05),观察组的知识掌握率也明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论思维导图模式应用于胆囊结石患者的预约手术术前健康宣教工作中,能明显提升患者疾病知识掌握率,且能明显提升医务工作的满意度。 Objective To explore the effective way and application effect of improving the homogenization health education rate of gallstone patients with mind mapping model.Methods 1 800 patients with high cholecystolithiasis who were scheduled for surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to November 2018 were selected as subjects.The health education and nursing management of patients with high cholecystolithiasis who were scheduled for admission from January to December 2016 were set as observation group,and 1 750 patients with high cholecystolithiasis who were scheduled for admission from January 2016 to December 2016 were set as control group.Patients'satisfaction with nursing care and disease knowledge were compared before and after education.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the knowledge mastery rate of the observation group was also significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mind mapping model in pre-operative health education for patients with high cholecystolithiasis can significantly improve the patient's disease knowledge mastery rate,and significantly improve the satisfaction of medical work,which has a positive promotion value.
