急诊护理干预对心肺复苏后患者康复效果的影响

Effect of emergency nursing intervention on rehabilitation effect of patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation

目的:分析心肺复苏后患者应用急诊护理干预对康复效果的影响。方法:选择本院2016年1月至2018年8月急诊室收治的130例心肺复苏抢救患者,根据复苏后护理方法不同分组,对两组护理效果及不良反应情况进行对比。结果:观察组护理总有效率为96.92%(63/65),显著高于对照组的83.08%(54/65)(P<0.05);观察组经心肺复苏后不良反应发生率为9.23%(6/65),显著低于对照组的24.62%(16/65)(P<0.05)。结论:急诊护理干预加强心肺复苏后患者的护理管理,有效减少和避免不良反应发生,提高护理效果,有助于患者早日康复,改善预后情况。

Objective:To analyze the effect of emergency nursing intervention on rehabilitation after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods:130 patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation were enrolled in the emergency room from January to February 2018 in our hospital.According to different post-recovery nursing methods,the nursing effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 96.92%(63/65),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 83.08%(54/65)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions after cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the observation group was 9.23%(6/65)significantly lower than the control group 24.62%(16/65)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Emergency nursing intervention strengthens the nursing management of patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation,effectively reduces and avoids adverse reactions,improves the nursing effect,and helps patients to recover quickly and improve the prognosis.
