区域产业政策背景下的高职顶岗实习教学模式研究

Study on the Teaching Mode of Post-job Practice in Higher Vocational Education under the Background of Regional Industrial Policy

文章针对高职院校顶岗实习过程中遇到的困境,提出了必须依据区域产业政策,动态调整专业结构,确定顶岗实习内容和模式,从而实施生产过程与顶岗实习的有机衔接与融合。

In view of the difficulties the students in the higher vocational colleges encountered in the post practice, this paper puts forward that we must adjust the professional structure dynamically according to the regional industrial policy, and determine the content and mode of post practice according to the industrial policy. Thus we can make sure the the production process and the post practice can link up organically.
