摘要
遵循科学性、系统性、可行性的原则,构建了包含3个一级指标、14个二级指标的科技创新能力评价指标体,以长三角24个城市为研究参照,采用因子分析法对扬州的高新技术产业科技创新能力进行了评价,提出了提升扬州高新技术产业科技创新能力的相关建议。
Following the systematic,scientific,feasibility principles,the evaluation index system of scientific and technological innovation ability was established, which consists of 3 primary index and 14 second-level indicators. Based on 24 cities in Yangtze River Delta,this paper evaluates scientific and technological innovation ability of high-tech industry in Yangzhou by the mean of factor analysis, and relevant suggestions are put forward to promote the scientific and technological innovation ability of high-tech industry in Yangzhou.
