骨外固定技术治疗复杂骨不连与骨缺损的效果观察

Effect of External Fixation on the Treatment of Complex Nonunion and Bone Defect

目的:研究并探讨骨外固定技术治疗复杂骨不连与骨缺损的临床效果。方法:选取2012年6月-2015年1月笔者所在医院收治的86例复杂骨不连与骨缺损患者进行回顾性研究,所有患者均接受半环槽式外固定器加压固定,并根据患者肢体短缩幅度实施二期截骨延长术治疗,对患者的骨折愈合情况进行分析。结果:86例患者经骨外固定治疗后其骨折断端处均达到骨性愈合,伴有肢体短缩的患者经二期截骨延长术治疗后其肢体长度均有效重建,双侧肢体长度达到平衡,术后均未发生并发症。相比于治疗前,治疗后患者疼痛评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分均明显降低,生活质量评分明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用骨外固定技术对复杂骨不连与骨缺损患者治疗,可促进骨折有效愈合,重建肢体长度,有利于改善患者心理状态和生活质量。

Objective: To study and evaluate the clinical effect of external fixation in the treatment of complex nonunion and bone defects.Method:A retrospective study of 86 patients with complicated nonunion and bone defects admitted to our hospital from June 2012 to January 2015 was performed.All patients received compression fixation with semicircular groove external fixator.According to the extent of limb shortening,the second-stage osteotomy and lengthening were performed,and the fracture healing of the patients was analyzed.Result:Eighty-six patients achieved bone healing at the fracture end after external fixation. Patients with limb shortening were effectively reconstructed after two-stage osteotomy and the length of both limbs was reached.Balanced,no complications occurred after surgery.Compared with before treatment,the pain score,anxiety score and depression score of the patients after treatment were significantly lower (P<0.05),and the quality of life scores were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of patients with complex nonunion and bone defect by external fixation can promote the effective healing of the fracture and reconstruct the length of the limb,which is beneficial to improve the mental state and quality of life of the patient.
