钛板坚强内固定和传统颌间结扎术牵引固定治疗下颌骨骨折的优劣差异

Difference of Advantages and Disadvantages between Titanium Plate Rigid Internal Fixation and Traditional Intermaxillary Ligation Traction Fixation in the Treatment of Mandibular Fracture

目的:比较钛板坚强内固定和传统颌间结扎术牵引固定治疗下颌骨骨折的优劣差异。方法:选取笔者所在医院2014-2018年收治的下颌骨骨折患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用传统颌间结扎术牵引固定治疗,观察组采用钛板坚强内固定治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、术后并发症情况及口腔卫生指标。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,观察组并发症发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的25.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组PI及DI水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:钛板坚强内固定治疗下颌骨骨折和传统颌间结扎术牵引固定相比,临床疗效更优,并发症发生率更低,安全可行,值得临床推广。

Objective: To compare the advantages and disadvantages of titanium plate rigid internal fixation and traditional intermaxillary ligation traction fixation in the treatment of mandibular fracture.Method:A total of 80 patients with mandibular fracture admitted to our hospital from 2014 to 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional intermaxillary ligation and traction fixation, while the observation group was treated with rigid internal fixation with titanium plate.The curative effect,complications and oral hygiene indexes of the two groups were compared.Result:The effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00%,lower than 25.00% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).PI and DI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Titanium plate rigid internal fixation for mandibular fracture is more effective,less complications,safe and feasible than traditional intermaxillary ligation traction fixation.
