公共卫生护理在心血管病患者及心血管病高危人群中的应用

Application of Public Health Care in Patients with Cardiovascular Disease and High Risk Population of Cardiovascular Disease

目的:探讨本社区所收纳心血管病患者及高危人群采用公共卫生护理的干预效果。方法:380例样本均为2016年2月-2018年5月在笔者所在辖区公共卫生服务中心创建健康档案、录入健康信息的心血管患者及高危人群,采用公共卫生护理干预,对比干预前后生活质量测评、与动脉弹性相关指标数值及相关知识掌握及健康饮食、规律用药比率。结果:干预后研究对象生活质量及影响动脉弹性功能各指标均优于干预前,相关知识掌握及科学饮食、规律用药比率均高于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对心血管病这一严重危害人类健康的疾病类型及其高危人群以公共卫生护理进行干预,可帮助其建立科学合理的生活习惯,改善生活质量及动脉弹性,于疾病防控十分有利。

Objective: To explore the intervention effect of public health care for patients with cardiovascular disease and high-risk groups in the community.Method:A total of 380 samples were created from February 2016 to May 2018 in the public health service center of our district to create a health record.Public health nursing intervention was used to compare the quality of life before and after intervention,the value and knowledge related to arterial elasticity, and healthy diet,regular drug use ratio.Result:After intervention,the quality of life and the indexes affecting arterial elastic function were better than before intervention,the knowledge of the relevant knowledge and the scientific diet,the rate of regular medication were higher than before the intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interventions for cardiovascular diseases,a type of disease that seriously endangers human health and its high-risk populations,can help them establish scientific and rational living habits,improve their quality of life and arterial elasticity,and are very resistant to disease prevention and control.advantageous.
