Process Choosing for Upgrading Renovation of Flue Gas Cleaning System in a Domestic Refuse Incineration Plant: A Case Study

摘要 对SNCR、SCR脱硝工艺进行分析、比较,对干法、旋转喷雾半干法、二流体喷雾半干法、湿法脱酸工艺进行分析、比较,并探讨了二噁英脱除工艺技术,综合考虑各方面有利、不利因素,结合烟气净化改造工程的特点,选择了切实有效的烟气净化改造工艺,改造后烟气排放指标满足新国标。 Analyses and comparisons were conducted between selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR) and selective catalytic reduction (SCR) processes for denitrification, as well as among dry process, rotary atomisation semi-dry method, two-fluid atomisation semi-dry process and wet process for deacidification. Meanwhile, the dioxin removal technology was discussed, too. Considering both favourable and unfavourable factors and associating with the characteristics of a flue gas cleaning renovation project, an effective process has been chosen to satisfy the new national standards for flue gas exhaust after being upgraded.
