高频超声诊断隐匿性肋骨及肋软骨骨折的临床应用价值

Clinical Application Value of High Frequency Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Occult Rib and Costal Cartilage Fracture

目的:探讨超声诊断隐匿性肋骨及肋软骨骨折的临床应用价值。方法:对33例临床表现或查体均怀疑肋骨或肋软骨骨折,X射线胸片检查肋骨骨折阴性,再次行高频超声检查分析。结果:高频超声可提高隐匿性肋骨及肋软骨骨折检出率。结论:高频超声可以清晰显示肋骨及肋软骨骨折情况,可弥补X射线胸片检查的不足。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of occult rib and costal cartilage fractures.Methods:Rib or costal cartilage fractures were suspected in 33 cases of clinical manifestations or physical examination.X-ray chest radiographs were negative for rib fractures,and high-frequency ultrasonography was performed again.Results:High-frequency ultrasound can improve the detection rate of occult rib and costal cartilage fractures.Conclusion:High-frequency ultrasound can clearly show the fracture of ribs and costal cartilage,which can make up for the deficiency of X-ray examination.
