浅谈科研项目知识产权全过程管理

知识产权对于企业的重要性与日俱增,已成为提升企业市场竞争力的重要资源。在简要介绍科研项目知识产权全过程管理基础上,以实际案例深入分析了该管理模式对创新的促进作用,并提出了进一步提升科研项目知识产权工作的对策建议。

As the important strategic resources in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises in the market,the Intellectual Property Right(IPR)is playing a more and more critical role.On the basis of a brief introduction to the whole process management of IRP in scientif ic research projects,this paper made a brief analysis of the whole process management model in promoting innovation with some practical cases.Finally,a few countermeasures and suggestions for further improving the intellectual property work of scientif ic research projects were put forward.
